Owners must verify before viewing buyer contact details. Pick whichever path is easier.
Postcard
Default · ~5 business days
We mail a postcard with a 6-digit code to the property address. You enter the code in your dashboard. The address only verifies if mail actually reaches the property.
Document upload
Faster · 24-48h review
Upload a recent rates notice, title deed, or utility bill in your name at the property. Reviewed by our team within 48 hours. Documents stored encrypted, deleted on request.
